Our experience comes from working alongside frontline crews, supervisors, project teams and senior leaders in complex, high-risk industries.

Founder
Dale Noppers founded Frontier Leadership after more than 15 years working across safety, risk, leadership and operational environments within rail, construction, civil infrastructure and other high-risk industries.
Working from the frontline through to senior organisational levels has provided firsthand insight into the relationship between leadership behaviour, workplace culture, safety and operational performance.
Frontier Leadership was created to turn those lessons into something practical—helping people develop the awareness, responsibility and confidence to lead more effectively at work, in business and in life.
